Brunch will be served at 10 a.m., noon and 2 p.m. in the hotel’s Grand Ballroom. Cost is $59 for adults and $25 for children under 8. Bottomless Mimosas and Bloody Mary’s are also available.
Executive Chef Matt Birkenmeier has created a traditional Easter Brunch with a twist at Union 30, located at Hotel Saint Louis, 705 Olive. The menu will feature Union 30’s one-of-a-kind specialties, including: the famous Mac ‘n Cheese Casserole, Cast Iron Salmon, Italian French Toast, and Crustless Quiche du Jour. Exciting options include a Grand Seafood Display of oysters, jumbo shrimp, crawfish, and smoked salmon, beef and smoked turkey carving stations, vegetables and sides, and the ultimate dessert spread including bread pudding with bourbon caramel sauce and so much more.
