Union 30, our signature restaurant, derives its name from the landmark Union Trust building and the 30th numerical spot on the city’s Historic Register listing. Drawing inspiration from singular St. Louis culinary traditions, the menu brings together comfort food and innovation for creative takes on hometown favorites.
